- Hi I am Chuck Estok Starke County Councilman for the 2nd District . It is always a pleasure serving the citizens of all of Starke County. The major concerns I hear from my constituents are Public Safety, Our Court System, Roads, Jobs and Governmental Services. My job as a Councilman is to prioritize the needed expenditures to fund these various functions of Government. It is a balancing act of Listening to the taxpayer (they are the ones paying the bill) and Leading as an elected official, making decisions based on needs versus wants and reinforcing the overall good of the community. I welcome input from Starke Counties citizens regarding the job of a County Councilman, your suggestions on what is your priority and I am always available for your concerns, suggestions, complaints and input.
